Prepare Foundations

Clear the site and dig the foundations as required by architectural plans and approved by local building inspector. Concrete foundations are laid and any steel supports for the structure are installed.

Brickwork

Brickwork will commence and again a building inspector will check the damp course before we continue with the brickwork up to roof level.

Structure Work

The structural work can then commence to knock through to the existing property and provide any required steel supports.

Roof Construction

The roof is constructed and the tiles \ felt is installed to weatherproof the property so the internal work can be completed

Internal Building Works

Internal walls, drainage, plumbing and electrical work will then be completed. Plaster skimming and final works will be completed to the extension in preparation for installation of kitchens, bathrooms etc and final decoration.
